Refund Policy

At Pharaoh’s K9 Training, we are committed to providing high-quality dog training services and ensuring client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below:

💵 Refund Eligibility

Session Packages: Refunds may be issued for unused sessions in a package if requested within 7 days of purchase, and no sessions have been used.
Single Sessions: Non-refundable once completed.
Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for rescheduling at no extra cost. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

🔄 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚖️ Legal Compliance

Our refund policy aligns with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act. We reserve the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
